Shipping
Orders ship from British Columbia, Canada. Most merch and vinyl leave within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking when the parcel is scanned.
- Domestic Canada: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- United States: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- International: usually 1–4 weeks, depending on customs.
Shipping is calculated at payment based on destination and weight. Digital purchases (when fulfilled via Bandcamp or Stripe) are delivered instantly — no shipping applies.
Packaging
Vinyl ships in protective mailers with corner protection. Apparel is folded and bagged. We pack light and carefully — the goal is the record arriving the way it left.
Returns
Unopened merch and sealed vinyl may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened vinyl and worn apparel cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Damaged or lost
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund at our discretion. Lost packages with active tracking are investigated with the carrier before a replacement is issued.
Authenticity
Everything sold in the Club Copy shop is produced or pressed for the label. Catalogue numbers (CC00x) identify each release in the catalogue.
